These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
